Paavai contributes a lot to the teaching fraternity and significantly stabilized its prestigious existence among various institutions , through its special and elegant process of teaching and learning methodology.

The quality of Education depends mostly on the quality of teachers. Teacher education is a significant part of the educational system. Teacher education must prepare professionals to visualize correlations between self, society and nature. An individual is trained to bring out his best to the maximum so that his existence on this earth is fruitful to both himself and the society.

No progress in education can be made without a team of better instructed teachers. With this noble end in view, Paavai College of Education has been established from the academic year 2004-2005. now it takes its fourth step towards the sixth academic year 2009-2010.
